Layers....

There's a lot of talent over at the October Afternoon Blog.  I was quite inspired by the many examples of layered elements on layouts and cards created by members of the OA Design Team.  The first one that caught my eye was the border along the top and bottom of the Heritage Layout created by December Guest Designer Heather Nichols.  It's a great way to use up all those yummy little diecuts and extras to create a unique look.  Enjoy!  Dee
